Laser Spine Institute Employee Carly Sullivan: “It feels like a family”

carly-sullivanFor employees, Laser Spine Institute isn’t just a job – it’s a way of life. Carly Sullivan, a senior Patient Care Coordinator, describes Laser Spine Institute as unique. “Laser Spine Institute is like no place that I’ve ever worked,” she said. “It’s fun; it’s high energy. There’s great camaraderie. It’s really one team. Everyone is here to support each other.” Although Carly has only been with Laser Spine Institute for seven months, she understands what sets the company apart. “You work long hours, but it never feels like you’re working. It feels like family,” she said.

Working with a team of highly skilled and passionate individuals makes her job enjoyable, but it’s not Carly’s favorite part of her job. “I love hearing every patient’s story,” she said. “I mean, you see people who could hardly walk before surgery, and they’re walking out of here.” Carly believes in Laser Spine Institute’s goal: to help patients get their lives back. “We’re helping people get (their) quality of life back – getting back to spending time with their friends, families and doing things that they love to do that they couldn’t do because of debilitating back pain.”
